The New England Cricket Umpires Association (NECUA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion and development of cricket umpiring in New England. We were founded in 1980 and have grown to become one of the largest and most respected umpires associations in the United States. NECUA is a member of the United States Cricket Association (USACA) and the International Cricket Council (ICC). We are committed to providing our members with the training and resources they need to succeed as umpires at all levels of the game. NECUA offers a variety of benefits to its members, including:

How to Join Us?

Application Process:

Visit the NECUA website and navigate to the "Fill The Form" section. The authorities in charge will get your details and will provide you with an application form to join NECUA. Fill out the online application form provided for prospective umpires. The form may require personal information, cricketing experience, certifications, and any relevant qualifications. Additionally, there might be a membership fee involved, so ensure to complete the necessary payment if applicable.

Training and Certification:

Upon submitting your application, you may need to undergo a training or certification process. This step might involve attending workshops, seminars, or training sessions organized by NECUA to enhance your umpiring skills, knowledge of rules, and standards. Completing this training may be a prerequisite for becoming a member of the association.

Approval and Integration:

After successfully completing the application and training process, the association will review your application. Once approved, you will officially become a member of the New England Cricket Umpire's Association. You may gain access to various resources, support, and opportunities provided by NECUA, and you'll be integrated into the community of umpires in the New England region.
